When it comes to archiving projects, we are your go to professionals. Depending on your needs, we can take your photos, slides, negatives, or other media, digitize them, and make sure you have a wonderful and safe collection of your most precious images that will last forever; not locked away in a cardboard box, but easily accessible and easy to share. We can also make sure your items are organized the way you want, either by file name, event, person, you name it, so you can find what you are looking for.     

Film Scanning

Our digital film scanning services allow us to handle the most popular professional film formats:

  • 35mm, 120, 220 roll film
  • 4×5, 5×7, 8×10 sheet film
  • E-6 (transparency), C-41 (color negative), and B&W film types


We can digitize entire rolls of film or you can select individual frames for scanning film images. We use our film scanning knowledge and experience scan your priceless film for web use, archiving, or digital reproduction.


Museums & Institutions

Dodge-Chrome works closely with several museums and institutions on large scanning and reproduction service work. Whether it is a reproduction of a document for public display as part of a large gallery installation, or scanning for preservation purposes, we have the capability to make sure this work is done accurately while maintaining the safety and care that must be taken into consideration when handling original pieces. 

Flat Artwork

This is our bread and butter of large scans. We can take your framed or unframed artwork and create a scan that looks, and is color corrected to match, your original piece. Whether it is a fine art print, a canvas piece, a fine art original, or your family arts and crafts project we can help!


We will create a file that can simply be used for digital use, or we will work to make true reproduction level scan that is just a beautiful as your original. We also provide fine art reproduction giclée's on fine art papers and canvas.

Oversized Artworks

Just like standard sized prints, Dodge-Chrome specialized in scanning your larger artwork as well. With years of experience, our technicians have honed the ability to create multiple scans of your piece, and digitally "stitch" the images together to recreate the original. The final file will be a seamless reproduction.

Bound Works and Objects

Dodge-Chrome understands the delicate nature of old bound books, albums, collectibles, and your precious objects. We take the utmost care in handling and scanning these works. For bound books and other similar items we have specially designed cradles that allow us to get the best scan possible while keeping your original safe. For other objects, we can create structures or other mechanisms that allow us to do the same.
