PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Packaging and handling costs of $7.95 will be added to each order. See our order form for details. Orders are shipped via Priority or Express Mail. We encourage the use of Express Mail or the purchase of insurance as protection against damage or loss. Dodge-Chrome cannot be responsible for orders damaged in shipment.
SCHEDULING
1 1/ 2 weeks for mounted or standard framed enlargements.
2 weeks for custom framed orders and presentation pieces.
RUSH service is available at additional cost.
PAYMENT
Payment is requested with all orders, unless you have a Dodge-Chrome account, or provide a signed requisition. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We will be glad to exchange defective items only within 30 days from date of sale. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same
condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
